Studios are built on an insulted concrete pads that you would find being used for garages & larger buildings.

Solid Wood Framing

All 2” x 6” framing to ensure that there is no structural movement or shifting over time. As well as engineered rafters that you would find in a home.

Durable Exteriors

Providing exterior cladding in materials such as Metal, composite & Stone. They are weather resistant, UV rated & designed for our harsh climate.

Climate Controlled

Each Studio is insulated top to bottom and equipped with a ductless mini split. One unit providing heating & cooling for full four season functionality.

Utilizing 3D Renderings

Using 3D technology, we will create a full rendering of your home with your new Studio. We achieve this by obtaining exact, in person, measurements of your property to provide a scaled view of your project.
